You may return items sold and fulfilled by shining-image.com within 14 days of the purchase for a full refund minus ACTUAL shipping costs we pay to shipping carrier. These return items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

For personal care products, we only accept the return items which are not used.

All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number by sending e-mail to sales_dept@shiningimageinc.com before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused.

Items with a value of $50 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items valued more than $100 must also be insured.
