Store Policies



You may return items sold and fulfilled by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. These return items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We'll pay the return shipping costs.

For personal care products, we only accept the return items which are not used.

All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number by sending e-mail to before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused.

Items with a value of $50 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items valued more than $100 must also be insured.
