The Dress forms carries a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty guarantees the unit to be free of manufacturer defect.
Return Policy:
You may request a return of the item sold by Shining Image within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. The returned items must be insured and use a traceable shipping method in case of loss and damage during shipping. The buyers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Shipping fee is not refundable for any returns. All returns are subject to inspection before refund is given.
For unopened merchandise return, you can receive a full refund minus ACTUAL shipping fee. "unopened" means that the merchandise must be in a factory sealed box with the seal unbroken. ACTUAL shipping fee is the fee we pay to the shipping carrier when we ship the item to you. ACTUAL shipping fee is not the one defined in this auction.
For opened merchandise return, 10% Restocking fee will be charged. The returned merchandise must be in new condition and boxed in its original factory carton. Instruction manual and all accessories must be included in the returned package. You will be charged extra for any missing or damaged items upon return. The refund amount could be equal to the total amount minus ACTUAL shipping fee, then minus 10% restocking fee.
